A garden makeover saw hedge trimming paired with a deep-installed plastic edging coil—creating strong separation where lawn meets hedge. Digging down about 5 inches managed persistent roots, while a bark layer of at least 5 cm keeps weeds out and edges looking sharp. The result is a space that’s both tidy above ground and protected underneath, designed for easy care and everyday enjoyment.
