This one was a bit of a challenge: the subfloor under a real wood laminate was badly damaged by damp. The boards were lifting, and the base was rotten in places.
I carefully removed the damaged sections, treated the area, and used a levelling insulation layer to correct the unusual thickness of the old flooring. Then, I fitted new real wood laminate to match the look — strong, stable, and seamless with the rest of the room.
