Sometimes, the best way to get a property ready for new tenants is to clear the deck entirely. Just finished a total turnaround on this one—we pulled out all the old, weathered wooden structures, hauled away the clutter from the garden and garage, and gave the whole place a proper deep clean, right down to the windows.
It’s always a bit of a job cleaning up after someone has moved on—you find a lot of stuff left behind, even if they meant well. Now the garden is clear, the space is open, and the house is spotlessly ready for the next folks moving in.
